3.2 Delivery: The risk of loss and title for apparel purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

4.1 Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for unworn and unused apparel. Apparel must be returned with all original tags attached.
4.2 Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned apparel. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
